1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the WCB Wasafi website at https://wcbwasafi.com. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The website provides information about WCB Wasafi, its artists, services and entertainment work. It also allows visitors to submit enquiries about recording projects, music releases, artist bookings, partnerships, visual production and event planning.

Website content is provided for general information. It does not create an artist-management, booking, production, distribution, partnership or event-services agreement.

3. Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee a response, availability, representation, booking, collaboration, quote or contract. Any engagement with WCB Wasafi, an artist, or a related representative is subject to availability, internal approval and a separate written agreement.

Artist bookings and appearances may also depend on agreed fees, technical and hospitality requirements, travel, security, venue suitability, permits, scheduling and other event-specific conditions.

  • submit false, misleading, abusive, unlawful or infringing material;
